The Matrix Online Winter Holiday event is over.
Really hoping that all of you had time to collect your sexy winter outfits, I have info that update 57 is live now. Again, there have been no major changes.
- The MxO storyline continues with chapter 9.2
- New cinematic available (downloadable here)
- Insecticides can now be sold

Regarding Exodus I can only say that I am very optimistic for 2008. A lot of new recruits have joinend since we relaunched the website, alliances have been made and the future looks promising.

Game Update 56 is live! + Exodus Ventrilo server

Friends,
the darkness of Helloween is gone and I hope you enjoyed it as much as
I did. I finally managed to get every mask at least once on Recursion
and Vector ;-). Now to the news:
Update 56 is live. No major changes in gameplay, but a VERY interesting development in story line. There are new archive mission rewards. Rave Pants (Zion), System Suit (Machine), Blood Noble Trench and War Sword (all).

Cinematic 9.1. With the new update comes a new cinematic. I've posted the download links for all the cinematics here. (faction only)
Voice chat. We also have access to a Ventrilo server now (thx to Spetar!). Details are here. (faction only).

Halloween update is live!! - finally

HALLOWEEN inside the Matrix! Don't miss it!!!
Due to the severe wildfires in Southern California the update's release was pushed back. Thx to firemen and SOE devs it's live since tuesday Oct30th. You wanna know more about this awesome event? Look here.

Game Update 55 is live! (and some minor stuff)

Yay, we have a new update!
Most important changes are
- New Collector (Agate) near the White Lotus Hotel (Shinjuku East Central HL) who sends you to the white hallways to battle Elite Commandos - Awesome Lv50 Commando gear can be optained!
- The Lv70 Melee Training Sims in the org constructs now drop special combat pills
- Ingame eMails can now be saved. You can begin a mail and continue writing it later
- Headless spawns in Uriah Hideout are much stronger now for players above Lv10 - no afk-farming anymore... Not that anyone has done something like that... *whistle*

MxO Game Update 54 is live now!
|

The new Update is there.
Mainly they added a feature for lower level players in the Uriah
district. There's a new collector at the Uriah hideout entrance who
hands out hats and sunglasses for items you find inside the hideout.
The headless can be found on sub-level 4, they drop the codes for the
glasses. RSI pills are dropped by the Unclean NPC dwelling inside the
hideout.
